Background: Carney complex (CNC) is a rare multi endocrine neoplasia syndrome associated with endocrine and non-endocrine tumours. Three types of testicular tumour have been described; large cell calcifying Sertoli tumours (LCCST), Leydig cell tumours and testicular tumours of adrenal origin.
